MSW, RCC (she/her)
Welcome! I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My trauma-informed approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful change and personal growth.
I bring extensive experience from roles with Teladoc Health, Pacifica Treatment Centre, the YMCA, and organisations supporting survivors of violence. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults navigating shame, school or work stress, body image, self-esteem, and trauma. Having experienced the transformative impact of counselling myself, I’m dedicated to walking alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect—helping you move toward clarity, confidence, and well-being.
