Welcome! I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor committed to creating a safe space for self-expression where you can engage in healing and self-discovery in ways that feel authentic and aligned with your true self. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in humanistic, narrative, neuro-affirming, mindfulness and strengths-based elements.
I have worked extensively with neurodivergent and neurotypical populations in supportive and educational settings. My experiences deepened my understanding on the diverse needs and challenges faced by marginalized individuals. Aligned with individualistic and collectivist cultures, I believe in acknowledging all aspects of one’s identity.
I gravitate towards working with youth and young adults navigating identity, trauma, life transitions, stress and time management, school/work challenges and mental health issues. At its core, the therapeutic process is about you. I will meet you where you are through compassion, collaboration, and cultural awareness. In alignment with your needs, I am committed to helping you self-explore, channel inner resources and foster resilience.
