Welcome, I’m Cynthia! I’m a registered clinical counsellor in Vancouver, and I believe the heart of therapy is connection — both with yourself and with the people who matter most. Counselling is a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in warmth, helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools for meaningful change. I focus on empowering clients to understand their needs, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate confidence in themselves and their relationships.

For couples, I specialize in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I help partners uncover patterns, express needs safely, and create a space where both can feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more connected, empowered, and confident in your ability to nurture healthy, balanced relationships.
